Design

We scope the right engine, write the build plan, and define what success looks like — before we quote a single rupee.

What we do
  • Define the target outcome and success metrics
  • Scope the engine build in concrete deliverables
  • Select the tool stack and map integrations
  • Write a formal proposal with timeline and investment
  • Propose retainer terms if relevant
What you provide
  • One round of feedback on the proposal
  • Commercial sign-off and contract signing
  • Introductions to any current vendors we'll work alongside

Week 3–10

Build

We implement the engine end-to-end. You see progress every week, with working software, not status decks.

What we do
  • Kick-off with milestones and weekly check-ins
  • Implement campaigns, flows, automations, or site
  • Weekly 30-minute sync with working software to review
  • QA, error handling, and rollback plans
  • Documentation and SOPs as we go
What you provide
  • 30 minutes per week for the review call

  • One approver empowered to say yes or no
What you walk away with

A live, working engine handed over with full documentation, credentials, and SOPs. You own everything. You can run it yourself or keep us on to operate it.

Run & improve

The build is just the starting line. The real compounding happens when we run, measure, and iterate month over month.

What we do
  • Weekly stand-ups and async updates
  • Continuous optimization of campaigns and flows
  • Monthly executive reports with honest metrics
